A lilting amalgamation of Good Christian Friends, Rejoice (IN DULCI JUBILO) and Here We Come A-wassailing provides the opportunity to use a handbell tree or other solo instrument in combination with handbells and handchimes. The tunes are treated separately and then combined before the optional vocal/choral lyrics wish the listener, "Love and joy come to you . . . and God bless you, and send you a happy new year." Optional parts are also included for Petit & Fritsen(tm) bells, Silver Melody Bells(tm) and percussion. The piece was written for Concert Bells of Fort Worth to showcase their newly acquired Bb2 handbell.
