By Christina Perri Featuring Steve Kazee. By Christina Perri and David Hodges. Arranged by Cat Ledgerwood. Pop. Score and parts. 17 pages. Serena Redferne #3573163. Published by Serena Redferne (A0.886768).

A Thousand Years is used frequently for weddings, thanks to the Twilight: Breaking Dawn films. This version, 'Part 2', is also used in the 2nd Breaking Dawn film, with the addition of a male voice for a beautiful duet. In this arrangement, the violin takes the female voice and the cello takes the male voice, both adding accompaniments to the piano line in between their verses.

This is suitable for students as the string parts are not too difficult. If the pianist uses a pedal to keep that suspended feeling in the bars, this sounds really atmospheric. .
