It was composed for Jack Stone and the Richland College Early Brass in the 1970's and published by Shawnee Press. It has been performed multiple times around the USA especially in Colleges and Universities. Unfortunately, it is now out of print leading me to transcribe it for the many brass quintets around the world. Celebration is in three movements...a bright and cheerful first movement, a lilting triple meter second movement, and a "barn burner" third movement guaranteed to bring plenty of applause! The three movements are published separately.
