The piano accompaniment is fairly straight-forward and the oboe part is printed in large easy-to-read notation. The oboe part remains in the low to medium register and would thus be ideal for elementary players. The lowest note is the D just below the treble staff and the top note is the G just above the staff. The duration is 02:50 and this lovely folk melody in the Dorian mode would make a really useful addition to the young oboist's repertoire. The oboe part and the piano accompaniment come in a single PDF file.
