I love the poem, "Let All Things Now Living, A Song of Thanksgiving" by Katherine Davis that is often sung to this wonderful Welsh tune! The melody gives you that special, holiday feeling!  
This arrangement enhances and embellishes the rhythm and harmony, beginning in C major and modulating to Eb for a grander climax. Enjoy and God bless!
