Published by Austin Ralphson (A0.563878).The Beatles released this song on the 1966 album Revolver and as a 45 rpm single. It was written by Paul McCartney, and credited to Lennon–McCartney. The song has a double string quartet arrangement by George Martin, which largely comprises parts for a single string quartet which are simply doubled for the most part. I have presented an arrangement here which is close to the original, but also incorporates the vocal melody in with the accompaniment, leading to a piece which will work well as a performance item in its own right. It is written using the same structure as the original, lasting a little over 2 minutes.
