By Ben E. King. By Ben E. King, Jerry Leiber, and Mike Stoller. Arranged by Tom Rodgers. Oldies. 6 pages. Tom Rodgers #5989251. Published by Tom Rodgers (A0.942570).

An arrangement for S(S)AB that encapsulates this great pop classic. Generally the Alto and Bass provide accompanying motifs under the Soprano melody with the chorus becoming more full in its sound, with some interweaving hooks. Aimed for choirs of an intermediate standard with few, or no, men.

Tom Rodgers is a British choral director and composer whose arrangements and musical creations are created for, in general, choirs of an intermediate level to sing. Some pieces are absolutely for community choirs with few, or no, men: others will challenge! This arrangement should fit somewhere in the middle - just right for most community choirs.
