Composed by Peter Burton and Psalm 121. Christian,Religious,Sacred. 7 pages. Peter Burton Music #910750. Published by Peter Burton Music (A0.1322459).

Psalm 121 is a wonderful psalm and reminds us of God's help and protection in the trials of life. It is scored for SATB choir ( mainly one to three voice parts with small four-part sections ) together with keyboard accompaniment. It has been performed with piano but organ would work well too. Musically, it balances unison singing to create a sense of unity of expression with harmony to express the heightened sense of emotion of the Psalm. The piece was premiered at Dundonald Church, Rayne's Park, UK on 12th November 2023 as part of their remembrance service.
