I have played it since I was about 12. I am 59 this year. Music is an International language and teaches focus, disipline and concentration. If started too young, or forced on children, piano will still be useful. It has to be up to the person who has talent as an adult to decide if they do it for personal development or to make a living or to write to give to the World.
