As an orchestral conducting major I give you a friendly advise - take a good book about orchestral instruments such as "The Study of Orchestration" by Samuel Adler - my favorite companion. You will recognize your errors and learn many many more! Good luck!
could you share your experiences on composing a maesterpiece for orchestra? I love classical music. you can go to my page my name is Le, nguyen van composer for guitar. give me your opinion about my maeterpieces and share with me your composing experiences. Thanks a lot. The orchestra is always possible to make up, so it doesn't matter even if you'd score for one violin and 6 bass clarinets. Your problem is rather the orchestration itself, you should mark some things and seriously consider studying orchestration and instrument techniques. Also, I can't really call this a composition, because it has no connection at all: everything seems completely random. If you study at these subjects, I think you can improve yourself.
interesting but I think you can do better than that with a smaller orchestra (I am talking about the 3 bass clarinets) but do as you want. Musically, Samuel Labrecque, free-scores member.
