Eric Dassie Wendji is a composer, arranger and interpreter of Cameroonian nationality who has been working since 2001 on the recognition of religious songs from Cameroon, notably through the harmonization and arrangement of several hundred folkloric and / or liturgical songs. He has thus contributed to the improvement of the performances of choirs of Africa and of the world, mainly those fond of songs of African origin.
Eric also wrote numerous other musical pieces for liturgical use (ordinary mass, contemporary and sacred popular songs) for choirs and soloists.
Eric has also been technical director and choir director for several choirs in Cameroon, notably at the University of Dschang (university choir and parochial), in the cities of Douala, Foumbot, and Yaoundé (notably at St Pierre and Paul Mfoundi'assi and Foumbot Parish, and in Mvolye minor basilica, and since 2009 at St Vincent Palotti Parish in Nlongkak).
