Mark Taylor wrote the trumpet feature Scream Machine for a vinyl album by the Army Blues Jazz Ensemble in 1985. It was later published in a slightly simpler version called Brass Machine. This brass band arrangement by Philip Sparke has been arranged directly from the published jazz ensemble score and features soprano cornet and four solo cornets. Mark Taylor componeerde het stuk Scream Machine, waarin de trompet de hoofdrol speelt, voor een vinylalbum dat in 1985 werd uitgebracht door het Army Blues Jazz Ensemble. Het werd later uitgegeven in een iets eenvoudiger versie, met als titel Brass Machine. Dit arrangement voor brassband is een rechtstreekse bewerking van de partituur voor het jazzensemble. Het is geschreven voor sopraancornet en vier solocornetten. Mark Taylor schrieb das Trompetenstück Scream Machine 1985 für das gleichnamige Vinylalbum des Army Blues Jazz Ensemble. Es erschien später in einer etwas leichteren Version unter dem Titel Brass Machine.
