Op. 131c-The rediscovery of the original manuscripts of Max Reger's works for violin viola and cello op. 131a-d represents a minor sensation. These late works for solo strings dating from 1914 and 1915 the last of which was only published posthumously were only known from the first printed editions until now and a scholarly-critical edition based on all the sources has long been desirable. The new edition from the Max-Reger-Institut now fills this gap.

Tonalité : G-Moll - Op.: 117, 2 -. Par REGER MAX. The facsimile edition of Max Regers Präludium and Fugue in G minor op. 117, 2 is meant for music lovers and violinists alike. Music enthusiasts also treasure the strongly expressive musical handwriting of Reger, with its colorful remarks, as an example of graphic individuality. The four-page facsimile, which is inserted loosely in the accompanying text by Jürgen Schaarwächter, offers violinists the possibility to perform this work from 1909 directly from the autograph completed by the composer./ Répertoire / Violon
