Bertrand Carbonneaux (1972 - ) France, SAINT GRATIEN
About the artist
Hello ! I'm Bertrand Carbonneaux, alias "HarmoChopin", I live in Saint Gratien, Val d’Oise. I teach music : piano and blues harp at my students' home.
I began studying music at the age of 7 by playing the recorder, then I learned the piano at the age of 10 and the blues harp when i was 31. I can play the didgeridoo, the Low Whistle and the ukulele too.
I also learned to sing and I sang "Saint Jean's Passion" by Bach in the "Saint-Gremain-des-Prés Church" with my 70 friends singers. We were accompanied by a wonderful orchestra and several professionnal singers. We recorded a CD : a 12-minute composition for the show "sounds and lights" in the Cathedral of Rheims where I was born. (Well, I wasn't born in the cathedral, just in Rheims).
I have studied jazz piano, jazz composition and jazz arrangement at "Bill Evans Piano Academy" in Paris. (Hide extended text) ... (Read all)
Interest : Bravo Bertrand ! A la fois
calme et enjoué ! J'aime
beaucoup ! Si tu as
l'intention de sortir un album
je suis preneur (avec une
dédicace en souvenir de nos
jeunes années !). Bonne route
et j'espère à bientôt.
Claude

Interest : Skill level : Lovely playing and lovely
playing from all the
instrumentalists - thank you!
Would have appreciated the
piano to come through a bit
louder on the recording - but
hey hoh...it's all super to
listen to.
Well done Bertrand and all the
musicians!

Interest : Tu es doué pour le jazz
Bertrand, tu crées des
ambiances très belles et
originales. C'était déjà le
