The five volume editorial project Repertorium Troporum Bohemiae Medii Aevi presents the textual and musical edition of troped mass chants from Bohemian sources from the 11th to the 16th century.The fourth volume of the complete edition of the mass tropes includes 20 tropes to the Agnus Dei representing the Bohemian tradition from the 12th to early 16th century.Similar to previous volumes with the repertory of ordinary tropes the older repertory is represented by the unique collection of tropes included in the so-called St Vitus?s Troparium which is distinctly French. Baroque Violin Pieces is a four-volume graded anthology which acts as an introduction to the style and repertoire of Baroque music for solo Violin and Continuo. The editor's aim has been to select immediately attractive pieces which are at the same time of educational value in style and technique. Method for the French Horn - Vol.4 is the fourth volume out of seven of a method for French Horn by Daniel Bourgue. Following the knowledge and technique acquired in the first three volumes this book will help the players to progress further with the help of comments to ensure they maintain their good techniques. This fourth volume focuses on scales and articulations bars on 3/8 6/8 and their rests/rhythms low notes transpositions in G and in A and on waltzes and marches among other aspects. Some revisions are also part of this book. Daniel Bourgue is a French musician who plays theCello and the Horn and who studied harmonies and chamber music. He played around the world as a soloist and worked as a great pedagogue too.

Karl Hoyer (1891-1936) was a highly regarded pupil of Max Reger and Karl Straube the Kantor of St. Thomas’s Church Leipzig. He held several positions including that of professor at the famous Institute for Church Music in Leipzig. For a long time his Chorale Preludes Op.57 were only available in libraries or second hand bookshops but the publication of the third of a four-volume edition makes another part of this important collection available once more. These pieces are characterised by formal variety brevity and are mostly modest in their technical demands. They were extremely well-known amongst organists duringHoyer’s lifetime a period which marked the transition from late Romanticism to that of the German Organ Movement of the 1920s. In comparison with the first edition the keys correspond with those in the “Evangelisches Gesangbuch” and “Gotteslob (Protestant and Catholic hymnbooks)”.
