Wow! This is quite something?I think you are really hitting your stride with this one, Charlie. What a delightful little suite. The opening is short and just spooky enough to grab the listener?s attention. And The Ball is just terrific ? bassoons and horns playing delightful and rich melodies while your strings accompany with some intricate runs and such, each heightening the drama? I like DAWN very much and only wish it were about a minute longer at least. ? All such nice instrumental arranging and scoring. This could easily be developed into a 10-15 minute suite of pieces all based on your original thoughts. I am delighted to have heard this beautiful thus evening. Congratulations.
