O Come, O Come Emmanuel (TTBB) traditional. Stemming
from centuries of plainchant tradition, it almost seems
wrong to sing this song with anything other than an
unaccompanied men's choir.
church band used lead sheets instead of sheet music, so the rhythm gets lost between a dozen people guessing. I really needed some music to see where the words lie. thanks a ton
Writing from Brisbane Australia. Our choir sang this arrangement Christmas 2010 - a group of 17 men. The harmonies are absolutely gorgeous throughout and the key change into the third verse is stunning. We have had many, many comments about this arrangement. Marvellous work Andrew. Thank you. I hope you will arange some other carols especially for TTBB choirs.
