This is a decent score, simple, pretty clear and with the essential dynamic markings. It does not have any pedal markings however. Fine for a free edition but if you are intending to fully master the piece, I would suggest investing in a higher quality one. The piece of music itself is beautiful. It is reminiscent of funeral music, or really could be used for that purpose. It consists mainly of chords and octaves. There are no runs or key signature changes, but is definitely easier if you have hands that reach an octave or bigger. It is important to keep an even tempo and to keep it slow as it is Largo. I believe the tempo marking is between 40--60 but you should check for the exact markings.
