Otherwise, I stopped smoking on September 15, 2015 and decided as a replacement to find an intellectual & mental activity to stimulate the mind,
I explored 2 Avenues: Bach & Piano, (and now Orchestration) both have seemed to make sense and later on worked.
Piano is the only instrument that does not require any real sound production & easy to practice in Manhattan (digital Piano),
Why Bach? I found him to be the most therapeutic & extremely stimulating.
