When I was about 8 yrs old, at the end of the war, I was given a crystal set for Christmas. I think it was one of the best presents I ever had in my long life. I lay in bed at night with the headphones on listening to the radio. One of the serials was "Dr Jeckyl and Mr Hyde." It was always introduced by this piece played by Josie Iturbie. We later bought a radiogram and it was the first record I bought. I tried to learn to play it when I was 11, but never quite mastered it. Much later on in life the G minor prelude.
