A lifelong musician playing classical piano when young, then jazz and rock saxophones during teens through retirement. A degree in music and performance time in Army and Air Force bands. Directed big band jazz groups and combos, performed in many concert and wind ensembles during these years. Love melodic music, but also love my ears to be stretched some. With my wife Anna, we started composing choral music as an enjoyable outlet for our composition desires, as well as wind groups.
