LOVELY ? in every respect. Not only is the piano score very beautiful even as a solo, but your subtle and understated string accompaniment is just so beautifully placed. I was not expecting the violin solo, but what a delightful surprise it is in this score. Bravo on composing such a beautiful piece. It is teuly a reflection of the heart. (Your scoring and engraving is impressive, too.)
I would have liked a little more movement in the strings. When the violin solo comes in, there are a couple of chords I might have done differently. Also, it might be nice to have a cello and other countrapuntal strings doing something while the piano maintains the chords. But, overall, beautiful. Melody is very pretty and easy to listen to. I rated it intermediate for the piano difficulty. But, to play anything well, you should be well versed in your instrument. Thank you for this wonderful submission.
