Played this at Reston Music Center via high school student cello scholarship in 1976. Great orchestra musician mentors. Music that gave me goosebumps back then. Will never forget that event every time I hear the piece.

This is by far one of my favorite pieces of music. I played this in high school and although it was way out of my legue the first violin part is very pretty and I enjoy the fast tempo. it goes up quite high and in involves a lot of shifting while moving very fast. Good challenge if you are a pro and a devilishly tricky piece for high school age. Definantly recommend it.
