Sing, My Tongue, the Song of Triumph is one of the texts assigned to the Veneration of the Cross during the liturgy of Good Friday, and its images of the Crucifixion make it appropriate for Palm Sunday as well. In this arrangement, English verses are sung to the ancient chant melody, in alternation with the corresponding Latin verses in a simple motet setting. This can be performed in a number of ways, including alternating between men's and women's voices, and having the assembly join in singing the English chant verses.
