By Dick Dale. By Unknown. Arranged by Daniel Morriss. Film/TV,Multicultural,Rock,World. Score. 6 pages. Daniel Morriss #641439. Published by Daniel Morriss (A0.1036358).

Can you play surf guitar on the ukulele?! What better song to try it on than Dick Dale’s Misirlou. I first heard this song from Pulp Fiction and opened up the world of surf guitar to me, hopefully this arrangement will open up some more musical ideas for you too. It is a fairly advanced arrangement with rasgueado strumming, artificial harmonics and fast transitions between strumming and picking, but it’ll be worth it if you can stick with it and get these techniques into your playing.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
