Derek Hasted writes "This charming Baroque Piece has a timeless quality about it, and, for many people, a strangely familiar sound too.
Strangely familiar because this piece has, at the time of writing, enjoyed a long existence as a fanfare during television broadcasts of the Eurovision Network, the European Broadcasting Union.
My arrangement makes a lovely little concert trio, or a larger ensemble can make a big wall of sound for little effort.
This arrangement swaps the role of "tune" between guitar one and guitar two. Either of these lines would benefit from being taken up the neck (for a rounder sound) if technique allows, or can be played in second position in a less-experienced team. For this reason, no fingering is included.
Simple dynamics show which line currently has the tune.
