Composed by Russian Folk Song. Arranged by Clara Obsidian. Folk,World. Score. 11 pages. Clara Obsidian #5712559. Published by Clara Obsidian (A0.871346).

"Korobeiniki" (Коробе́йники, lit. '"The Peddlers"') (or Korobushka) is a nineteenth-century Russian folk song that tells the story of a meeting between a peddler and a girl, describing their haggling over goods in a metaphor for courtship.

Outside Russia, "Korobeiniki" is widely known as the Tetris theme (titled "A-Type" in the game), the soundtrack of Nintendo's 1989 Game Boy version of the game.

Arranged for cello duet, it is fast and exciting, with pizzicato fun and running notes! Great for jamming, concerts or even for technical studies
