This unique one-piano, four-hands duet arrangement of the United States National Anthem begins gently weaving the melody between octaves then smoothly transitions for a more powerful conclusion. Both PRIMO and SECONDO carry the melody at times making this piece equally fun and challenging for both players while adding interest for the listeners. The SECONDO carries the melody for the beginning of the first verse, followed by the left hand of the PRIMO and concluding with the right hand of the PRIMO. The arrangement then transitions from the key of C major to A-flat major for a second time through the song. The PRIMO carries the melody for the entire second verse.

This piece is an excellent choice for recitals or performances to encourage the patriotic spirit around national holidays or any time of year to pay tribute to veterans and other heroes of American history.
