This is a song written by Brian Wilson and Mike Love for the American rock band, the Beach Boys featured on their 1965 album Summer Days. Wilson conceived the song during his first acid trip, later arranging and producing the song's recording.
Upon its release as a single, "California Girls" reached #3 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The song is considered emblematic of the 1960s Californian Sound.

I have transposed it into Bb, a less problematic key, for playing the bass riff, which is shared amongst tuba, trombone and horn.
The melody is shared amongst the 4 upper instruments, and I have given interesting harmony parts to the others, rather than following the melodic line. Hope you enjoy it.
