Instrument is great!
Simon C. America 28.12.2020
I have played this instrument for a couple of days now. It is fairly easy to pick up on, you just have to spend to time and effort to figuring out how it compares to tenor. That being said, try to picture it more as a new instrument rather than transposing it from tenor. Case looks great from the outside, but when you open it up it still looks great but the instrument doesn't really fit in there well. You have to push the tuning slide in all the way to fit it in. Overall I think it is definitely worth it to get this compared to the SL-35 because it is a lot nicer of a build, it's still cheap but a lot better quality than the SL-35, and you can have the option for a rose brass bell. One thing I will say before you use it, wash it in the bathtub and use a cleaning snake before use.

Too heavy....
Tore83 24.09.2019
For the price I can consider the quality of sound quite ok. But as an alto trombone is way too much heavy, not easy to play and this mostly because the material which make also unbalanced the handle. Actually is comparable as a tenor sound. Some positions need a considerable adjustment for intonations.
I recommend to buy only if you want practice the alto positions, but not as professional use.

Altposaune mit Gewicht
FFF13 26.06.2013

Pragmatismus.
