Used it on a feature indie film and a bunch of shorts. This thing fits in your pocket or screws onto a tripod or whatever. When I had to hand it off to a guy for a day, it took me two minutes to go through everything with him. It’s simple, approachable, and effective. And that microphone up top is actually really good. Only caveat I can think of other than having only 2 inputs is that it does not like MicroSD cards in SD adaptors. Use regular SD cards only or it won’t record.
Also I left it outside with my rode microphone in -50C Canadian winter. Can you guess which device still functions? Yeah. This is a great pocket mixer. Absolutely would recommend.
