A really beautiful collection of original melodies. Sweet titles, sweet pieces by William Mahan, who is an architect, painter, musician and jewelry maker. Each title reflects a type of flower in Claude Monet's garden from an artist's and musician's viewpoint. Bass lines are busy but not difficult, some syncopation in a few melodies, nice harmonies and chords. There are a couple of accidentals in Spanish Red Poppies but the arranger gives ample time to flip levers.

Originally published in The Skye Collection of the Best Reels and Strathspeys Extant, c. 1887, New Claret is a delightful country dance tune in 9/8. 2 pages. The first arrangement is accessible to later elementary players, the second to advanced intermediate players. The arrangements may also be played together as a duet, or one after the other for a longer and more varied arrangement. This versatile melody may also be played as a round.

Fingering for the elementary arrangement, and chord symbols for both are included. The elementary arrangement fits on a 26 string harp or larger. The intermediate arrangement will fit on a 26 string if just two bass notes are left out.

Harp arrangement of Lothlórien, written by Nicky Ryan and Enya. The music was inspired by the Elvish Kingdom of J.R.R. Tolkien's 'the Lord of the Rings'. The harp part was specifically arranged for a small lever harp with 22 strings and contains no pedal or lever changes. The piece can be played on any harp. The range is from A below the small C (C3) to A above the treble staff (A2-A5). Fix F# (FA#) before playing.

This beautiful tune is a traditional Welsh lullaby. This arrangement begins in the higher octaves with a music box-like quality, then becomes richer and fuller in the second and third verses. It is a calm and tender piece that falls easily under the fingers.This piece is playable on both pedal and lever harps and has no pedal or lever changes. Two versions of this piece are included: one in the key of Eb and one in the key of D. (Each version is 3 pages.)

Beautiful lullaby from the album 'Earthsongs' by Secret Garden. The song was composed by Rolf Lovland. The piece does not contain pedal or lever changes and can be played by both harps. The range from A below the small C (C3) to the high F on the treble staff (A2-F5). The piece is therefore suitable for small harps down to 20 strings. In my youtube video, I play the song in the order A - B - C - D - A' - B - C - A' - A'. .

A straight-forward, elegant arrangement of Andy Grammer's "I Am Yours" for pedal or lever harp. This arrangement does not include the guitar solo part or follow the structure of the original track exactly, but presents the chorus and verses in a beautiful, playable manner. Perfect for weddings!

This quiet and meditative piece came to me on the night of Thanksgiving. I was just sitting there with my family, strumming away on my lap harp and enjoying a quiet evening by the fire while the snow gently falls outside. I fell in love with a tune I heard on the radio, searched and searched, finally found it (a traditional tune called "Dialogue between Death and a Sinner"), and did a harp arrangement of it! (with just a hint of New Britain {Amazing Grace}.
