About the artist
Albert Carrière, born in Liege on January 19, 1912, died in Brussels on June 18, 1988, was an amateur musician who practiced singing, organ and piano.
From 1930 to 1947, he composed 13 works: 5 pieces for piano solo, 7 melodies and a ballad for violin and piano.
These works are all available on free-scores.com.
They are edited by Jean Paul Carrière.
In 2010, the publisher discovered works of "youth" for organ, undated but composed while Albert Carrière was a pupil of Henri Deger, organist at the Church of Sainte-Marie-Des-Anges in Liège (1925 To 1930). There are 7 of them, one unfinished, and are all available on free-scores.com.
