Daniel Fortea , whose full name was Daniel Fortea i Guimerà ( Benlloch , Spain , 28 April 1878 - Castellon , Spain , March 5, 1953 ) was a guitarist , composer and pedagogue Spanish. In his childhood Fortea learned clarinet , guitar and mandolin . From 1898 to 1909 he studied with Francisco Tarrega in Castellon de la Plana . His classmates were, among others, Emilio Pujol and Miguel Llobet .
Fortea founded in 1909 in Madrid HIS own music school and began Fortea Library , one of the most important collections of music for guitar. 2 also gave concerts and wrote works for guitar.
