The musical term "Tombeau" doesn't mean "grave", but
indicates a generally slow and meditative work in
homage to a famous person. Fallen in disgrace at the
end of the XIIIth century, this typical musical genre
of baroque period is reborn at the beginning of the
XXth century with Ravel (Le Tombeau de Couperin, Manuel
de Falla (Le Tombeau de Debussy).
