It was originally composed for solo piano but has been made available for many ensembles. During the 1960s a recording of it by The Ronettes featured on Phil Spector's Christmas Album. This arrangement is ideal for clarinet in B flat as well as soprano sax, tenor sax and trumpet - an ideal alternative festive piece!
