Woodwind Ensemble,Woodwind Trio Bass Clarinet,Bassoon,Flute,Oboe - Level 5 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.582017

Composed by George Frideric Handel. Arranged by Halvorsen/Gibson. Baroque,Wedding. 35 pages. JB Linear #4296805. Published by JB Linear (A0.582017).

Handel's Passacaglia for keyboard is a familiar piece. It was arranged by the Norwegian composer Johan Halvorsen for violin and viola in the late 1800's. Since he included many double stops for the two string instruments, it works well for a trio of woodwinds. John Gibson has set the piece for a flexible group of woodwinds: Flute 1 (or Eb Clarinet), Flute 2 (or Bb Clarinet or Oboe), and Bassoon (or Bass Clarinet). The score and all parts are included in the PDF download. This is appropriate for advanced players.
