Da tempo mi "frullava" nella testa l'idea di comporre un brano sviluppato su una nota sola e sono ben consapevole che può trattarsi di pura utopia. Ciò nonostante in questa piccola Meditazione l'utopia si è diradata lasciando spazio alla folle idea di sviluppare il brano. Infatti l'intera composizione si sviluppa su tale nota che si ripete incessantemente per tutta la durata del brano musicale creando un effetto molto gradevole all'ascolto.
Il brano ha la struttura tripartita (ABA); la prima parte (A) utilizza armonie della tonalità di Fa. La seconda parte (B) utilizza armonie leggermente dissonanti costruite su intervalli di quarta e quinta. La terza parte non è altro che la ripetizione di A.
