Small Ensemble Horn,Trombone,Trumpet,Tuba - Interactive Download

SKU: A0.478559

Composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. Arranged by John Mlynczak. This edition: Interactive Download. Classical. Score and parts. 78 pages. Duration 345. Published by Mlynczak Music (A0.478559).

This arrangement for brass is of the lesser-known Great Fugue in G Minor and is such a fun work to play. The trumpet parts work well with a Bb Pic or Eb on the 1st part, and Eb or C on the second part. The subject, answer, and countersubject are all marked throughout. In addition, when a melody line is passed from one instrument to the other the score indicates where this passing is happening. This is a bit of a long blow but is very fun and quite challenging to create smooth linear phrases. I hope you enjoy it!
