This is an arrangement for Bouzouki of the Greek traditional Christmas carols.
This old carols is very popular in Greece until today.

Greek tradition calls for children to go out with triangles from house to house on Christmas Eve and sing the folk carols, called the Kálanda or Kalanta Xristougenon (Κάλαντα, the word deriving from the Roman calends).

Bouzouki fingerings, and pick direction symbols and chords symbols are included.
Also this arrangement can be played by many instruments which play music written in the treble clef.
