Composed by Johann Wilhelm Gabrielski. Arranged by Lisa Ochoco. Romantic Period. 38 pages. Lisa L Ochoco #4629451. Published by Lisa L Ochoco (A0.559762).

Johann Wilhelm Gabrielski (1791 - 1846) was a flutist in Berlin, and although he and his works are not as well-known, it is said that Friedrich Kuhlau - who most flutists today know of - dedicated his only flute quartet to Gabrielski.

This flute trio was originally written with most of the melody and interesting passages played by the 1st flute. I enjoy playing pieces that are a bit more equal among all players, so I re-arranged this piece in that manner.

This is a great recital piece.
