Composed by Alessandro Palazzani. 20th Century,Classical,Contemporary,Holiday. Individual part. 6 pages. A work by Alessandro Palazzani #5711105. Published by A work by Alessandro Palazzani (A0.829272).

Written in 2007 on the occasion of a friend's birthday, these variations are inspired by the music of the classical and romantic period. Among the most famous collections of the flute repertoire, for example, are those of Mercadante, Beethoven and Chopin. In particular, those of Mercadante were taken as a model.

The theme is followed by four variations and a coda, bright and virtuosic.

The choice of dynamics and articulation is left to the discretion of the performer, who will have regard to the execution practice typical of the classical era.
