A song of recognition to the soldiers who fight for our freedom and who are fortunate enough to return home from the battle.
This original composition also includes the first verse from "When Johnny Comes Marching Home," which is a well-known song American Civil War song that told of people's desire for the return of their friends and family members who were fighting in the war. Lyrics accredited to Patrick Gilmore & tune to Louis Lambert, 1863.
