Choral Choir (SATB) - Level 2 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.719684

Composed by Camille Saint-Saens. Arranged by Curtis Hanson. Sacred. Octavo. 4 pages. Curtis Hanson #2966975. Published by Curtis Hanson (A0.719684).

This familiar chorus from Saint-Saens' Christmas Oratorio is here set for SATB in a slightly different setting with adjusted choral writing giving the tenor the higher line usually sung by the alto in thirds with the soprano making it easier for the head-voice challenged gals. The updated translation is by the editor. The very supportive accompaniment can be played on either piano or organ. It is most appropriate for the Epiphany season of the church year but can be sung at any time in or out of a religious setting. It's a wonderful little chorus for any ensemble including those smaller or less experienced.
