Sullivan (A0.961613).Michael's setting of the Sanctus from his"Requiem"reminded me of Mozart's "Laudate Dominum." The joyful expression of praise and meter/tempo similarities inspired me to make this SAB arrangement of Michael's original two tenor solos from his beautiful setting of the Requiem. I made this SAB setting for the Traditional Choir I direct at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Everett,Washington. It works very well in the liturgies as a joyful choir motet. It is also suitable for choir and school concert venues.
