I cherish that time alone with him, because the night he doesn’t ask me to sing to him will arrive too soon." Veronica’s beautifully composed poem expresses not only these sentiments, but genuinely and tangibly represents the words that anyone who has children could imagine singing themselves.
Lullaby’s simple, timeless melody captures the beauty and tenderness of the moment, at the same time reminding us of the innocent, carefree, and playful nature of the children we love so much.
