A transcription of a piano miniature by Anatoly Lyadov. arranged for a solo instrument plus piano. The original key is B flat minor, which suits the majority of instruments. However, this is a transposed version (down a semitone, to A minor which is more suited, for example, to Strings.

The piano scores in B flat minor / A minor are available individually, and you will be able to see which instrumental parts go with which accompaniment. Hopefully to make things clear, I have referred to the original version as 'Prelude in B flat minor', whereas I refer to the present A minor transposition as 'Prelude in A minor'.....
