Commissioned by three professional musicians after performing Benjamin Britten's "Still Falls the Rain," and--wanting to stay together as an ensemble--realizing that there was little out there written for that voicing. It is advanced in its harmonic structure and is challenging for the pianist. All three performers will find it convenient to read off of full scores. You may make the additional two copies from your original.
