Composed by Alexandre Desplat. Arranged by Rebecca Ferrari. Contemporary. Octavo. 7 pages. Rebecca Ferrari #6328779. Published by Rebecca Ferrari (A0.935704).

The haunting theme from the film 'The Imitation Game' arranged as a song for women's unison voices and piano. In this arrangement, the theme, which in the original represents the relentless whirr of calculating machines, here becomes the restless energy of the sea. The song is dedicated to the hardy souls in Brighton who swim in the sea all year round and the words try to capture the exhilaration of the waves and the triumph over the shattering cold. Many of the swimmers find the experience invaluable for their mood and mental health; the restless theme can also represent the unquiet mind that they are battling against.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
